Well, I have hit a milestone. This morning, I weighed in at 200! I can’t remember when the last time my weight has been this low! So, to celebrate, I added 1/4 cup of zucchini to my diet! I had a wonderful egg scramble with zucchini, green onion, Black Forest ham, and chipotle-Monterey Jack cheese. I’m hoping the slight increase in carbohydrates will not slow down my weight loss.
