Oopsie Bread (and reaction)

When I first began Atkins, I did everything I could to replace the foods I loved so much.  I ended up depressed most of the time because no matter what I did, there really was no substitute for bread (which explains my diabetes and massive weight).  That being said, I have not made Oopsie bread.  To be brutally honest, I didn’t want to waste the eggs if I didn’t like them (that’s a lot of eggs to end up being dog food).  So, when I found this video while trying to get some inspiration for this blog, I laughed so hard that I cried!  lol

Ingredients:
3 eggs
pinch of Salt
3 1/2 ounces room temperature cream cheese
1 tsp of Baking Powder
