This one is iffy (and the next recipe is even worse) but I’m an enabler.

I thought, “Who needs a crust? A bowl and a spoon will suit me!” So, I made it.
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups milk, half and half, heavy cream or a mix of any/all of them
- 1 small package (original recipe calls for 1 1/2 pkgs but if you are going to do that you might as well add 2) sugar free instant pudding
Put the cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the dairy in a bowl (tall bowl since this will splash like crazy) and slowly beat until the mixture is smooth. Add the pudding and rest of dairy. Beat until well combined. Chill. Eat.
I made this with Banana Cream and it is really good. I seriously left it in the big bowl and just go in there with a teaspoon and take a couple of bites at a time. “Portion control” lol
