Mustard Sauce Makes 1 cup (16 Tablespoons) 3 Tablespoons onion, chopped 1 Tablespoon butter 8 Tablespoons Dijon mustard 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 Tablespoon chopped chives Saute onions in butter until soft.
